How did you come up with the name, 3UFirst?
3U represents the three letters that begin with the letter U, in the 7 principals of Kwanzaa.
Umoja – Unity
Ujima – collective work and responsibility
Ujamaa – cooperative economics
First represents being the first for profit company, created specifically to solve the major problems in the African American community, with a focus on unemployment, wealth creation, funding the best programs locally and nationally, dedicated to solving the other problems in the Black community.
Do I have to join or pay more for shopping on 3ufirst.com?
Absolutely not, you’re simply going through 3ufirst.com to get to your favorite retailers. Look at 3ufirst.com as an online shopping mall to get to your favorite stores. We may add a membership program in the future, to offer you greater benefits.
Do I have to give my credit card information to 3ufirst.com?
No because you're going directly to the retailer of your chioce, like amazon.com. But eventually 3ufirst.com will be selling it's own products and services and will have secured payment options like other retailers.
Can I still use my account with the retailers, or do I have to open a new one?
Yes you can still use the same account you already have with the retailer. Remeber, you're going directly to the retailers site from 3ufirst.com, so nothing changes.
Why are there so few retailers?
We'll be adding new retailers, but because we're a new site we have to grow our visitor traffic, so retailers can see we get a lot of visitors every day. This is why it's so important for you to use the google search box, when you're not looking for your favorite retailers.

Why are there so few Black retailers?
Everything on our site is automated for your convience and saves time and money for the company and we'll continue to signup Black businesses. But once we get to the next phase or raise the capital we need, we'll be able to signup more Black businesses at a faster pace.
Why do you promote mainstream retailers?
1. This is where we're spending a trillion dollars of our hard earned money every year.
2. We are programmed to spend all our money, outside our community. 99.9% of advertising is geared towards us spending our money, outside our community.
3. This is the simplest way to use the money we're already spending, in order to begin to bring billions back to our community.
How does 3UFirst make money?
We receive a percentage from the purchases you make, from the companies who sell products or services on this site. If you can't find it here, simply use our google search box like you would normally do, to search and shop for whatever you're looking for. Using our google search box as your personal search engine, helps us rank higher and builds our visitor traffic. This is what retailers want to see when we ask them to be on our site.
How do we know you’ll donate the 50% of net profits from the company, to the community?
This question can be answered in three ways. First, 3UFirst and the book, Black Unity: The Total Solution to Financial Independence and Happiness (which is where the idea to start the company came from), was not created to cheat the Black community. This is not what the founder and author of the book wants his legacy to be.
Second, we’re not asking for money, unless this is how you want to support us. We’re simply asking that when you're ready to search and shop online, go to 3ufirst.com, in order to bring billions back to you, your family, and your community. Thirdly, what other company was created specifiaclly to solve the major probpems in our community, and made a commitment in writing, in a legal document (articles of incorporation) that says exactly what the company is about, and what percentage it will donate to solving the major problems in the Black community?
You have nothing to lose searching and shopping through 3ufirst.com, but billions to gain. As noted on our about us page, we’re in the startup phase right now. This consists of promoting, raising capital, and building revenues. Once we make a profit and pay our taxes, the 50% will be donated to different programs in different categories like education, re-education, health, business, and other areas. Our goal is to be profitable by 2019, but it's up to you.
It could be sooner if the site takes off, based on you using it for everything you search and shop for online, and telling your friends and family to do the same. As a way to show what we're doing with the money, we're offering organizations with a proven tract record, with at least 100 members, leaders of action in our community, ownership in 3ufirst, donations, and sponsoring. In return they will promote, support, and those who can, invest in 3ufirst. Once we receive agreement, we will put this in writing and post it to the site, so you know where the money is going.
Why do you only give 50% of the net profits, instead of the gross profits?
The goal of 3UFirst is to become a public company that you can invest in. It would be very hard for people to invest in a company that gives away 50% of it's profits every year; even if it was for a great cause. This allows our money to recycle back into the Black community, while giving you the opportunity to make money.
The idea to start 3UFirst came from the book, Black Unity:The Total Solution to Financial Independence and Happiness, which was written by the founder of the company. On the cover of the book, it shows a pyramid, which represents a strong solid foundation, and a circle goes around and through the pyramid. The circle represents different things.
It represents recycling; meaning 3UFirst was created to bring billions back to you, your family, and the community, with the money you're already spending. This is done by using the money to create jobs, wealth, and funding for the best underfunded programs across the country, solving the other problems in the Black community. No matter what the company does, the money continues to come back to the Black community.
It represents a continous cycle, meaning this company was created to follow this plan for generations to come. It represents completion, meaning, by following this plan through Black economics, we can rely on ourselves to solve our problems.
How will you distribute the money?
We're trying to connect with our Elders and their organizations, because they've been putting in the work, and deserve to be supported first. Once we receive a certain amount of money, we'll start distributing to programs across the country.
How much of the companies money comes back to the community?
Since 3UFirst was created specifically to solve the major problems in the African American community, at least 80 - 90% of the money we receive goes towards creating jobs, wealth, business and invetment opportunities, sponsoring, and funding for the best programs across the country.
How will you make billions from this site?
As a community, we’re spending billions online, but the site is just the beginning. We’ll eventually have offline products and services as well. Our goal is for you to use this site as your favorite place to search and shop, for whatever you’re looking for online. We’ll use these revenues to create other opportunities, as explained in the about us page.
We don’t want to giveaway too much, because their will be copycats who’ll try to capitalize on what we’re doing, which is why we put the "first" in 3UFirst. How do you plan to create jobs, business and investment opportunities?
We plan to partner with existing companies or start our own in order to take advantage of the support from you searching and shopping on the site. We will also be able to save you money, which is another great incentive to want to shop directly with 3ufirst.com. By expanding into products and services, we will need to hire new people to keep up with demand.
Business opportunities will be created by allowing thoes who want to become independent sales representatives the oportunity to sell our products and services. Our goal for investment opportunities is to partner with athletes, entertainers, and the general public who want to become owners rather than just endorsers and allow them to invest in 3ufirst and other new ventures.
